Understanding Our Refund, Return, Exchange and Cancellation Guidelines
At Natasha’s World Art, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure timely delivery of your orders. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase from our online store.
What is your quality guarantee?
If you’re not pleased with the product’s quality, please reach out within 30 days of receiving it. I’ll diligently investigate the matter and strive to find a solution.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since every item is made to order by my print partner, I’m unable to offer exchanges or returns. But before ordering, do check out the product detail such as size and color (if applicable) to ensure you’re ordering the correct one. If there’s an issue with your order, send me a message. I’m always here to help and will do my best to find a solution that works.
What does ‘made-to-order’ entail and how long will it take?
Once you place your order, I send it straight to my print partner to craft as per your request. Due to this custom process, the time it takes for production and shipping can vary. Our current average production time ranges between 2-5 business days, excluding shipping. Other circumstances, such as stock availability, and surging demand, might also affect the timings. Sometimes we might need to get in touch if a color or variant is unavailable, but rest assured, we’re always trying our utmost to cater to your needs swiftly.
My item came damaged. What should I do?
Firstly, I’m truly sorry for that. While shipping mishaps are the carrier’s responsibility, I’m more than willing to help sort things out. Just send over some photos of the damaged goods and the packaging within 2 to 3 days, and I’ll get on it.
Can I cancel my order?
As soon as you place your order, it’s swiftly forwarded to my print partner to kick off the printing process. If you reach out to me within less than an hour of your order and it hasn’t moved to the “Print” stage, I can cancel it without any fees. However, if it has entered the “Print” phase but hasn’t shipped, you can still cancel, but there will be a charge for the printing cost.
